World Wide Shipping
We ship worldwide, However, if you live somewhere under the imposition of United Nations sanctions or reside in a nation at war; we may have trouble shipping to you. For out-of-the-way destinations, shipping costs may be higher and delivery time may be delayed. We don't ship to P.O boxes as a courier will deliver the box to your door and an adult must be present and sign for the package.

Shipping Charges
All of our products are free shipping by EMS. But if you want to choose other shipping methods you can contact our customer service, and also you need to pay for the extra shipping fee. They will calculate the shipping fee for you. Of course the shipping fee is decided by the destination and methods.

Delivery Time
Usually we will ship out your order within 48 hours. And it takes 5-15days on the way depending on destination.
 
Tracking Your Order
We will send you a tracking number when we ship your order and you can track your order based using the methods applicable to your shipping method (i.e. Entering tracking number on EMS website, etc.) You can start tracking after 2-3 days of receiving your tracking number.
